Near Koh Lipe, numerous islands contribute to the enchanting allure of this Andaman Sea paradise. Among them, two islands are conveniently close, allowing visitors to kayak to them independently, eliminating the need to charter a longtail boat.

Koh Kra

Koh Kra doesn’t appear to be a well-known or widely recognized island near Koh Lipe. It’s possible that it might be a smaller or lesser-known island in the vicinity. The region around Koh Lipe, part of the Adang-Rawi archipelago, consists of numerous islands, each with its unique charm and appeal. Nevertheless, the image of Koh Kra was mistakenly utilized to promote it as Koh Lipe, causing widespread confusion. This led to a considerable number of individuals realizing that what they believed to be Koh Lipe was, in fact, Koh Kra.

Koh Kra is a small island It’s located in front of Sunrise Beach on Koh Lipe. Tourists like to paddle kayaks from Sunrise Beach. It takes about 10 minutes and has a small white sand beach. Around the island has a coral and a lot of kind of fish. It’s the best point for snorkeling

Koh Usen

Koh Usen is a small island. Located less than 10 minutes from Koh Lipe, Usen Island can be visited all year round. Especially during the low season. This island will be included in the diving program. You can take your kayak from Sunrise Beach directly to Usen Island. During low tide you will see a beach and you can walk to this island. But because tourists may step on and destroy the coral. Therefore it is forbidden to walk during low tide.
