Cancellation Policy
- The passenger will be refunded 100% if the cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the departure
- The passenger will be refunded 50% if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the departure
- The passenger will be fully charged less than 48 hours before departure
- If the passenger doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the booking.
Baggage Allowance
1. Carry-On Baggage:
- Passengers are allowed to bring 9 carry-on bag and 9 personal item (e.g., purse, laptop bag) during the journey.
- The total weight of the carry-on bag and personal item combined should not exceed 7 kg.
2. Checked Baggage:
- Checked baggage allowance of 9 bags, each not exceeding 30 kg per bag with dimensions not exceeding 30 inches.
- Oversized or overweight baggage will be subject to an additional fee of at least Thai baht (THB) or the equivalent of purchasing an additional seat.
3. Special Items:
- Passengers can transport special items (e.g., sports equipment, musical instruments) as checked baggage, subject to specific rules and fees.
4. Excess Baggage:
- Passengers exceeding their baggage allowance may be charged additional fees for excess baggage.
- Excess baggage fees are calculated based on [specific criteria, e.g., weight, dimensions].
5. Lost or Damaged Baggage:
- The transportation company is not responsible for damage to items packed within checked baggage. In the event of lost or damaged baggage, passengers should report the issue to the transportation company's customer service or staff immediately.
- Please be aware that the maximum claim for lost or damaged baggage is 500 Thai baht (THB). The final compensation amount will be determined by our staff based on their assessment of the value of the lost or damaged item.
