  • All routes to Koh Lipe do NOT INCLUDE Additional Fees.
  • Entrance Fee Pakbara: 20 THB
  • Koh Lipe National Park Fee:
    • Adults: 200 THB (valid for seven days)
    • Children (0-8.99 Y): 100 THB (valid for seven days)
  • Fees must be paid directly to the port official at Pak Bara.
  • During high-season, speedboats may stop at Koh Tarutao and Koh Khai for about 15-30 minutes at each stop
  • This trip is not suitable for pregnant woman, infant, people with heart or back problems or other physical impediments.
  • The arrival time is not guaranteed. due to sea condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances. We will not responsible anything incur due to the boat delay schedule including miss flight, miss ferry 

General Information

Infants

  • Infants aged 0-2.99 years old may travel free of charge, provided they sit on the laps of their accompanying adults.
  • Strollers may be brought on board, but they must be folded and stored in the designated luggage area.

Animals

  • Animals of any kind are not allowed on board our vehicles. This includes service animals.

Arrival Times

  • Arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic and weather conditions.
  • Please allow ample time for your journey to account for potential delays.

Amendment of Bookings

  • Amendments to bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Amendment fees may apply.

Additional Information

  • All passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on board all our vehicles.
  • Please be courteous and respectful to other passengers and our staff.

Cancellation Policy

  • The passenger will be refunded 100% if the cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the departure
  • The passenger will be refunded 50% if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the departure
  • The passenger will be fully charged less than 48 hours before departure
  • If the passenger doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the booking.

Baggage Allowance

1. Carry-On Baggage:
  • Passengers are allowed to bring 1 carry-on bag and 1 personal item (e.g., purse, laptop bag) during the journey.
  • The total weight of the carry-on bag and personal item combined should not exceed 7 kg.
2. Checked Baggage:
  • Checked baggage allowance of 1 bags, each not exceeding 27 kg per bag with dimensions not exceeding 27 inches.
  • Oversized or overweight baggage will be subject to an additional fee of at least 500.00 Thai baht (THB) or the equivalent of purchasing an additional seat.
3. Special Items:
  • Passengers can transport special items (e.g., sports equipment, musical instruments) as checked baggage, subject to specific rules and fees.
4. Excess Baggage:
  • Passengers exceeding their baggage allowance may be charged additional fees for excess baggage.
  • Excess baggage fees are calculated based on [specific criteria, e.g., weight, dimensions].
5. Lost or Damaged Baggage:
  • The transportation company is not responsible for damage to items packed within checked baggage. In the event of lost or damaged baggage, passengers should report the issue to the transportation company's customer service or staff immediately.
  • Please be aware that the maximum claim for lost or damaged baggage is 500 Thai baht (THB). The final compensation amount will be determined by our staff based on their assessment of the value of the lost or damaged item.
